Who we are
These terms govern your use of YUMAMi (operated by Corpoprima Inc., reachable at corpoprima@gmail.com and +63 917 327 5854). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Orders, pricing, availability
- Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice.
- We make about 80 bentos a day. Sold-out items are marked, but timing is approximate.
- Pre-orders placed before 10am on a service day are prioritised.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for safety, capacity, or fraud reasons.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayMongo (GCash, Maya, cards). We do not store card details. By submitting payment you authorise the charge.
Pickup & delivery
- Pickup at our BGC counter during posted hours.
- Delivery within 6 km of BGC via our own riders, when available.
- Outside the radius, we recommend booking a Lalamove or Grab Express on your end.
- We are not liable for handling damages once an order leaves our counter with a third-party rider you have booked.
Allergens & dietary needs
Each bento card lists primary allergens. Our kitchen handles soy, wheat, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame, dairy, and peanuts. We cannot guarantee cross-contact-free preparation. If you have a severe allergy, please email us before ordering.
Loyalty stars
- Stars accrue only on paid orders by signed-in customers.
- Stars are not money and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or sold.
- We may correct ledger errors and reverse stars accrued through abuse or system error.
- Stars do not currently expire. We will give 30 days notice if that changes.
Accounts
You can create an optional account by email magic link or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. Sharing magic-link tokens or passwords is not permitted. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse or fraud.
Intellectual property
The Yumami brand, copy, photos, and code are © Corpoprima Inc. unless otherwise noted. You may not reuse our menu copy, brand assets, or photos without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Taguig City.
Changes
We update these terms occasionally. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
